You will be working with a professional consultant who will guide you through the amazing journey of finding the perfect dress! Both you and your consultant will browse gowns and she will assist you putting them on if you wish.

No though appointments can be made which we suggest especially on weekends.

Gowns start at $450.00 and go to $6,500+.

All gown sales are final sales, there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns on special order items.

Yes. We have five expert seamstresses on staff. You are given the hours it will take for your alterations multiplied by the hourly rate of $35. There is NO Alteration charge for Custom made gowns.

Usually not. Since we do a lot of from scratch custom gowns, our staff of five expert seamstresses include pattern makers who have the skills to address just about any adjustment.

An appointment is not needed, but if you do want an exact time or on weekends, an appointment is strongly suggested.

Not at Zola Keller. Because of our large inventory and with on staff expert seamstresses, and our excellent standing with many of the designers and manufacturers in the industry, we can make things happen.

If we don’t have the gown that you want in stock, it will depend on available stock at the manufacturer (we do usually get special treatment) or on a custom gown the intricacy of the gown.

When you purchase your gown you will go over a convenient time frame to help take the pressure off.

Yes, Zola Keller ships to customers all over the world. We create a specific, convenient ship time, and charge only the Fedex or UPS posted rates. NO add ons.

We will work together at the time of purchase and if you would like notification, we will send you the tracking number the day it is shipped.
